Welcome to the Midwest Clown Arts Appreciation Association!

Aerial silk artists hanging from the ceiling.

The goal of our organization is to educate, unite and explore. We offer free education to all individuals who are curious about the history, art and performance revolving around clowns and related performers. On our website, you can find written information targeting specific divisions of clowning. We also aim to promote this education through our community activities.

Within the Midwest, we aim to grow an inclusive community of diverse and eager individuals who wish to join others also interested in clowning in community events and projects. Regardless of if you are new to clowning or an expert, we strive to bring individuals together and build lasting relationships and perpetuate the clown's job of spreading laughter and fun to others.

Our organization also aims to grow ourselves physically and mentally. We are a fledging organization who wishes to take public responses into consideration to direct our community as well as plan events that individuals would enjoy. Our community is very important to us, and we hope to bring attention to creators within the community who have contributed to clown culture. Making sure artists get ample attention is also extremely important to us.

Though our physical organization is exclusive to the Midwest at this time, we encourage all individuals to get involved over the internet. Our social medias are very active and we are constantly promoting individuals, events and content on them.

We hope you enjoy your stay on our site, and we hope to see and hear from your soon
